🖤 Stigma Ink Studios Appointment & Cancellation Policy At Stigma Ink Studios, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and our artists, the following policies are in place. 💎 Deposits All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits: • Are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo • Reserve your scheduled time block • Are required for all services, including consultations Because your appointment time is held specifically for you, deposits are non-refundable. ⏳ 72-Hour Notice Requirement We kindly require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook. This policy ensures that reserved time can be offered to other clients when needed. 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay future appointments. We understand that life happens — communication is always appreciated. 🔁 Rescheduling One reschedule is permitted with proper notice (72+ hours). Multiple reschedules may require a new deposit or full prepayment at the artist’s discretion. 🕒 Late Arrivals Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in: • A shortened session • Rescheduling • Deposit forfeiture We schedule appointments thoughtfully to provide every client the attention they deserve. ✨ Extended Sessions (Half-Day, Full-Day, Tap Out) Extended bookings reserve a significant portion of the artist’s day.
