Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by Labeaute By Gabby Braids & Microlocs. By booking with  Labeaute by Gabby Braids and Microlocs, you agree to these Policies & Terms. We require a 25% deposit (for Locs) and $50 (for regular braids services) at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All deposits are nonrefundable. Deposit must be sent to 404-484-5148 (EK2JLLC) via zelle or Apple pay.

Afterpay, Klarna & affirm payments are subject to a 6% processing fee that will  be added to the final payment amount due. Full Payment must be received  before the beginning of the service to ensure that the transaction will go through and avoid any inconvenience.

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellation made after this window makes the deposit nonrefundable. Deposited amount can only be used once to reschedule. 
Locs  installations deposits can only be used to reschedule a future installation appointment for locs within 3 months, the credit cannot be used for a different style. Any deposited amount for a locs appointment partially or fully paid is not refundable. In addition, rescheduling will require 50% of the total service amount to be paid upfront for the new appointment. clients are allowed 15mns grace period, after the allowed grace period, the appointment will be cancelled.

Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods are cash and zelle only. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless the appointment is for a minor being accompanied by an adult. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. Clients must inspect the hair prior to leaving the business. All complaints must be brought up no later than 48 hours from the day the service was completed.

The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.

I went in for a microloc consultation and was so happy that I did.  She is knowledgeable, gives sound advise, and really wants to ensure the health of your hair. I am truly looking forward to my install and continued care of my hair with Gabby.

Gabby was able to repair my locs and after just two weeks of following Gabby's instructions, my hair has started to grow back on the crown of my head where I had experienced loc breakage.
