Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. By making this booking I agree to a cancellation / reschedule policy of 100% of appointment price if cancelled / rescheduled with less than 24 hours (1 working days) notice, i.e. Monday appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled by the previous Friday please. Please note all new clients are required to pay an upfront deposit to secure the booking. As a policy we don't service other lash artists covering central London.
