Please Note arrival times are an estimate. Please allow 30Minutes either side of the given time. TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read the following terms and conditions relating to your appointment. 1. Cancellations 1.1 We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Wherever possible, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to allow us sufficient time to offer the appointment slot to another customer. 1.2 Cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or where we are unable to gain access to the property at the agreed time, may incur a cancellation charge of up to 50% of the total booking value. 2. Payment 2.1 Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. 2.2 We accept payment by cash or card (Card payment is preferred if possible please). Where an alternative payment method has been agreed, payment must be received within 24 hours of the invoice being issued unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2.3 Invoices and receipts are available upon request. 3. Access and Parking 3.1 Customers must ensure clear and safe access to both the oven and a sink with running water at the scheduled appointment time. 3.2 If the property is located within a block of flats, apartment complex, or restricted-access building, please advise us at the time of booking as additional time may be required. 3.3 Due to the equipment used during our service, suitable parking must be available within 50 metres of the property. 3.4 Any parking restrictions, permits, charges, or access requirements must be disclosed at the time of booking. 3.5 If parking or access issues prevent us from carrying out the service upon arrival, a charge of up to 50% of the total booking value may apply. 4. Liability 4.1 Oven Shine cannot accept liability for any pre-existing damage, faults, defects, or wear and tear to appliances or surrounding fixtures and fittings. 4.2 Prior to commencing work, a visual inspection of the appliance and surrounding work area will be carried out. Any concerns identified will be discussed with the customer before work proceeds. 5. Customer Satisfaction 5.1 We are committed to providing a high standard of service and customer satisfaction. 5.2 If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please notify us within 48 hours of the appointment so that we may investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
