Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the appointment cost. All fees are due at the time of service and non-refundable except as required by law. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms. By Ruby Grace reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for adhering to appointment times. By Ruby Grace disclaims any liability for missed appointments or fees incurred due to client actions.
