By booking an appointment with The Little Beauty Room Mataura, clients agree to adhere to the following policies. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the start time without penalty. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. A 50% booking fee may be required before appointment is accepted. This will go towards your appointment or refunded is appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment. No shows or cancellations within 8 hours of appointment 100% of appointment cost will need to be paid before you can book again. The Little Beauty Room Mataura reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Clients are responsible for any damage caused to salon property. Payment is due at the time of service.
