Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. If a cancellation is within the 48hr period, a 50% charge will apply. 

No shows will result in full payment. 

All patch tests must be at least 48hrs prior to appointment.

If there is an issue or you are not satisfied with your treatment, please report back to Beauty by Lily May within 24 hours of your appointment. We can arrange to rectify the issue.
