All appointments will need to be confirmed before any fees are due. $35 pick up and delivery fees are due prior to laundry your assigned laundry pick up time. If your laundry is not at the pick up location with no contact to your Laundry Expert prior to your pick up time, you will forfeit your deposit and the order will be cancelled. Basic Services will be completed and returned within 24-48 hours depending on the pre-weight. Please add your address and laundry detergent preferences.(Hypoallergenic or Regular) Same Day Services will be cleaned and returned within 12 hours with a pre weight of 50 pounds or less. PLEASE EMPTY YOUR POCKETS AND PRETREAT YOUR STAINS BEFORE PACKING YOUR LAUNDRY UP FOR A DAY AT THE SPA😊 If you need pretreatment on certain items PLEASE SEPARATE them from your other laundry. DELICATES should be separated as well. Pick up and Delivery times are from 8am-8pm. ALL INVOICES MUST BE PAID BEFORE DELIVERY Not all appointment times will get approved but we will try our best to accommodate everyones individual needs and schedules.
