CANCELLATION POLICY

LATE ARRIVALS
I strive to maintain a punctual schedule. All appointments have a 20-minute "grace period" that is set aside if you are running a few minutes late. However late arrivals that exceed 20-minutes, will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a no-show.

CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I appreciate a minimum of 48 hours' notice before your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours, will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of appointment fee using the card on file.

NO-SHOWS
Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice results in a "no-show" fee of full appointment that will be charged using the card on file.

EMERGENCIES
I understand that emergencies can happen. In such cases, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate and find a suitable solution.
Also please note that if appointment can't be rescheduled within 24hr due to your availability or mine full fee will be charged using the card on file.
