Policy and Terms

Payment & Cancellation Policy A $50 deposit fee is applicable in order to confirm booking, deposit will be deducted from total amount on appointment. Failure to attend your appointment or arriving late (see below) will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Late policy Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit will not be refunded. Removals/Reweld Jewellery removal is free of charge. You may also cut off your jewellery yourself using pliers. If you wish to have your piece re-welded after removal, a $15 re-welding fee will apply. Jewellery POLICY Please remember that permanent jewellery is permanent but not indestructible. To maintain the longevity of your piece, avoid excessive pulling, tugging, or playing with your bracelet/anklet/necklace. Damage caused by improper handling is the responsibility of the wearer. Refund Policies We DO NOT offer refund or exchanges once a piece has been welded and worn. the no refund policy is a final decision made by our team due to offering a free repair option. We are happy to offer free repairs or replacements under the following CONDITIONS: The jewellery has broken due to a fault in the chain or workmanship, as determined by permanent & polished If a fault is confirmed we will: Repair the original piece or Replace it with the same or similar style at no additional cost. All breakage are assessed by a qualified professional jeweller. The jeweller’s inspection and determination will confirm whether the breakage resulted from a manufacturing or workmanship fault or from external factors. The decision of the professional jeweller is final. Free repairs or replacements do not apply to breakage caused by: Accidental damage (snagging, pulling, catching) Improper care or misuse Damage caused by third parties Loss of the jewellery Proof of purchase The broken jewellery must be returned to us for inspection. All repairs or replacements are subject to approval following professional assessment.
