Bronte our little cavoodle always looks immaculate after her groom and Chris is gentle and patient with her as she is still a puppy, and that is very important to us. She does a great cut and pays attention to detail, highly recommend!

Christene was kind enough to take on our old boy, a 14 year old westie. He’s deaf and  mostly blind, very anxious, she persevered with his groom. He left looking grand and handsome, and mostly calm. Looking forward to creating a positive connection for  our boy in his latter years…Christene’s calm confidence will certainly be helpful and most welcomed🎉

Christine was amazing with my dogs. One of them is very anxious and dislikes having his nails done due to a previous bad experience. Christine was incredibly patient, gentle, and caring with him, which made a huge difference.
The salon was lovely, clean, and welcoming. It's clear that Christine genuinely cares about the animals she works with.

We love Chris! After having Gordie groomed at a large chain store, Chris was the first person to tell us that he hated having his face blow-dried — something we never knew.

We’re so grateful he’s no longer being put through that stress. Chris genuinely cares about the dogs she grooms and takes the time to make Gordie feel comfortable, loved, and safe.

It’s clear she loves our best mate almost as much as we do. We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Highly recommend Ruffles’ Groom!

After being referred and needing Ruffles groomed ASAP, I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within a few hours thanks to a cancellation.

Ruffles was quite nervous when I dropped him off due to some negative grooming experiences in the past. When I picked him up, he was a happy, relaxed puppy and looked amazing!

Christine clearly cares about the dogs in her care and made Ruffles feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you for such a positive first expe

Great service. Christine is lovely .She has been grooming my dogs for 7 years. Ellie my Maltese/Shihtzu loves her as did Jessie before her.  She is now grooming my dsughter's Border Collie who before hated  being washed let alone groomed.  (struggled a lot) She now happily goes to Four Paws  Pet Parlour.

Bubbles looked so gorgeous after her groom. She just loves going to Chris, enjoys her pamper sessions.  Thank you Chris for treating our baby with so much love and care, she absolute adores you and always looks so good after a groom with you!

I am writing to highly recommend Chris as an exceptional groomer. Chris has looked after our Labradoodle, Charlotte, since she was a puppy, and we have always been extremely happy with the work.

Chris is truly an amazing groomer and has provided excellent care for Charlotte over the years.


We had a fantastic one-on-one experience with our very anxious dachshund. Over the past nine years we’ve tried several groomers, but Christine is the first person who has been able to calmly handle and truly care for her. We highly recommend 4 Paws Pet Parlour.

Christine was so lovely. My dog Millie (a Moodle) warmed to Christine straight away. Christine did such a great job grooming Millie, it’s the best she has looked in a long time. Price was exceptionally reasonable. Highly recommended. 

My dogs first experience here and although he was nervous at first, Chris made him feel at home and listened to my requests and she was done in no time at all. That’s pretty impressive considering he’s 50+kilos and double coated. I’m not sure if he was just THAT good of a boy or Chris is so skilled she nailed it in half the amount of time and half the price of other groomers we’ve had. We found our forever salon here. 🐾  Happy Customers and can’t wait to book again. 5 stars from us.

Would 100% recommend Chris to groom your precious dog.  Very professional and lovely to deal with.  She does a fabulous job at grooming my Maltese cross.  My dog hates me even to brush her but stands there looking very calm and Chris does as amazing groom😊

Christine is fantastic. She has been bathing n trimming bonnie for 16 years we moved from adelaide sa in 2010. Bonnie was 2 years old.. Now 18.Gets quite niggly now.  Her legs not the best.  Christine is calming caring

Christine has been grooming our dog, Truffle, for over 5 years now!  He is a timid little dog, but with Christine's wonderful, gentle nature, she won him over.  We love her new home salon!  We would probably have followed her to the ends of the earth to stay with her!
The best thing for me though is, Christine listened to what I wanted for Truffle, she uses gentle products that smell wonderful, and gives him the best cut money can buy!  We are two exceptionally happy customers!

My Girl Frankie is an anxious dog and Chris has always been patient and loving with her. Her groom always looks fantastic and she smells beautiful. I won’t take Frankie anywhere else ❤️🐶
