Policy and Terms

Managing Appointments: Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before start time. Repeated Rescheduling Policy: To maintain a fair schedule for all, clients who reschedule 3 consecutive appointments will be moved to a "Same-Day Booking" status. This means you will no longer be able to book in advance online; however you are welcome to message me via WhatsApp on the morning you would like an appointment to check for last-minute availablity. Skin Sensitivity Test: A skin sensitivity test is required at least 48 hours prior to your colour service for all new clients, or those who haven't had a colour service for 6+ months. Regular clients do not need to be re-tested. Appointments booked without a valid skin sensitivity test may be cancelled to ensure your safety.

Conditioning Treatment

Treat yourself to silky smooth hair! Your hair will be assessed, and a deep conditioning mask is selected according to it's condition. The mask is applied and some gentle heat is added, then you can enjoy a mini head massage.

Parting Highlights

Includes Conditioning Treatment. Add a little dimension to your hair highlighting the parting and the front where the sun hits your hair naturally. This service is also used for in between full/half head highlight appointments for maintenance.
