BOOKING POLICIES 
• A £10 non refundable deposit is required when booking any appointment and will be deducted from your treatment balance.
Without a deposit your appointment will not be secure.
• (NEW CLIENTS ONLY) a patch test is required before any treatment 
This can be booked online and must be 24 hours prior to your appointment. Without this I will be unable to carry out any treatment.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
• Notice of cancellation should be given 24hrs before your appointment, if a cancellation falls within the 24hr grace period full payment will be required. 
• No shows will not be tolerated & won’t be rebooked for future appointments.
If you need to reschedule or cancel please contact the page I will always try my best to accommodate.

INFILL POLICIES
• Infills are required every 2-3 weeks depending on a persons lash
cycle
• All infills require 50% of previous extensions left after outgrowns are removed to qualify for an infill price
• Its recommended booking your infill at your appointment to secure your slot as my book fills quickly
• If you are unsure if you require an infill or full set please book "Full set" and will be judged accordingly at your appointment

LATE POLICIES
• Please arrive on time to your appointment with clean lashes. The more time I have the more time I have to carry out my service to the best of my ability I cannot rush my services and therefore this will reflect in your treatment. 
• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment unfortunately I will be unable to take you and your deposit will be lost as it would be unfair to other clients to run into their appointments.

SICKNESS POLICIES
• If you are unwell or feel like you are becoming unwell please let me know in advance and I will do my best to accommodate you. 
• I understand sometimes this cannot be avoided but please be mindful that any time I have to take off affects my small business between rescheduling clients & loss of income.

I’ve been going to get my lashes done with Meabh from September and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! 

From my very first appointment she made me feel so at ease. The knowledge she has and gives to clients about lash care is second to none.
