I understand that plans change but in order to run a smooth schedule which benefits all this is a must. • Haircuts: A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% cancellation charge. • Color & Extension Services: A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in a [deposit forfeiture or percentage-based fee depending on length of service] No-shows will be charged full price of the scheduled service.
