Policy and Terms

Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Your deposit is good to reschedule an appt 1 time. If you do not meet your second scheduling your deposit becomes non transferrable and void. Respect at all times is required. Parents are asked not to stay during service provided to children unless the child has a disability, as they tend to not want to sit for their styling as needed. Please inform me of any allergies ahead of services provided. Modeling pictures of your braid style may be used for promotion purposes. Style times may vary depending on various factors. I ask not to be rushed through services being provided. A good job takes time and effort. If you are in a rush you will receive a rushed job. Please schedule your appointment with and open schedule for that day. Thank you!

Young ladies ponytails. Barrettes and Bobo's are not provided you can bring them to your appt or I can provide them. If you would like me to provide them just hit the add on for barrettes and bobo's. Please be sure your child's hair is washed and detangled when they arrive. If you don't have time to I can do that as well just hit the wash condition and blow out add on. Thank you!
