Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. All services are subject to availability; we reserve the right to modify appointment times as necessary with prior notice. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding their pets’ health and grooming needs. Pawlished Paws Groomers is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during grooming services. Payment is due at the time of service completion.
