Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur full payment for the booked service. All services are provided as described; results may vary and are not guaranteed. Clients must disclose any medical conditions or allergies prior to treatment. The Company is not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed information or failure to follow pre- and post-care instructions. Payment is due at the time of service or as otherwise agreed. Personal data collected will be used in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By booking an appointment, clients agree to these terms.
