Hi lovely clients! As a solo nail tech, every appointment is important to me. When you book with me, I reserve that time just for you. To respect both your time and mine, I kindly ask that you review and understand the following policies: Booking Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance. Please arrive on time to ensure we can complete your service without rushing. If you're more than 15 minutes late, I may need to adjust your service or reschedule. Cancellation & Rescheduling I understand that life happens! However, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $25 late cancellation fee. No-shows (not showing up without notice) will be charged 50% of the service cost and require a deposit to rebook. Why a Cancellation Policy? As a one-person business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a big impact. That time could’ve been given to someone else on my waitlist. Thank you for understanding that this policy helps me continue doing what I love and providing great service to all of you. Payment & Deposits Payment is due at the time of service. Some services may require a non-refundable deposit to hold your spot. Deposits go toward your final service cost. Communication is Key If you're sick, have an emergency, or truly can't make it, please just reach out. I will always try to be flexible when I can.
