Policy and Terms

Rubi Lift requires a $20 deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations occur within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling is permitted up to 48 hours before the appointment without additional fees. Please arrive on time; if you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited due to back-to-back bookings. By booking with Rubi Lift, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that deposits secure your appointment but are subject to forfeiture under the stated conditions. Rubi Lift is not liable for delays or cancellations beyond its control. Clients are expected to respect scheduled times to ensure fair service for all.
