When booking a appointment please use the client first and last name whose having the service done. There's a $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that is required to secure clients spot, that goes towards the service. The deposit MUST be paid within 24 hours after booking to confirm the clients appointment, failure to do so the clients appointment will DECLINE/CANCELS. Please send proof that the deposit has been made. The appointment will be pending to view until the deposit has been paid, after the deposit has been paid a sms text message or whatsapp will be sent to confirmed the appointment. The deposit do not roll over. If the client cancels or doesn't shows up the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. The deposit is only refunded by the inconvenience of the stylist.
