Policies & Loyalty Program
1. Booking & Cancellation
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and go directly toward your total service cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Changes must be made at least 72 hours before your appointment. Cancellations or changes made within 72 hours forfeit the deposit.

No-Shows: No-shows will be blacklisted and permanently banned from future bookings.

2. Lateness & Design Preparation
Grace Period: A strict 15-minute grace period is enforced. Arriving late will require simplifying your set to a basic solid gel color to avoid delaying subsequent clients.

Booking Add-Ons: You must select all desired add-ons (e.g., French tip, Cat-Eye, Soft French/Babyboomer, Nail Art Tiers) at the time of booking to ensure adequate time is scheduled.

Inspiration Photos: Design inspiration photos must be sent at least 3 days before your appointment. Inspiration sent later may be altered based on available time.

3. Maintenance & Repairs
Fill-Ins: Valid up to 25 days. Sets over 25 days will be charged at full new set pricing.

Repairs: Billed at $4 per nail (up to 3 nails). If more than 3 nails require repair, it will be billed as a full new set.

4. Service Warranty
Warranty Period: Complimentary repairs for issues occurring within 5 days for Gel Polish and 10 days for Hard Gel/Enhancements.

Exclusions: Mechanical damage (e.g., chips, cracks, or breaks caused by using nails as tools, scratching rough surfaces, or impact) is not covered and will incur standard repair charges.

5. Client Discounts & Loyalty Rewards
Birthday Perk: $10 off any service during your birthday month (valid once per year).

Review Reward: $5 off your set for leaving an online review (one-time reward).

Referral Discount: 15% off for both you and your referred friend (must remind the technician prior to the appointment).

Loyalty Milestones:

5th Visit: 10% off your service

10th Visit: 20% off your service

6. Nail Models & Hours
Nail Model Program: DM directly for discounted model sets. The technician selects the shape, color, and nail art (standard pricing applies if customized by the client). Clear top and side photos of bare hands/nails are required to apply.

Working Hours: Open 2 Saturdays per month. Extra weekend openings will be posted on Instagram Stories.
