“Heather is amazing. Treats my boy with such genuine love and care. She does a beautiful job, exact cut I requested. I also love the environment! Safe space for your pet but an open and very clean grooming area. No tiny cages surrounded by loud barking dogs. And when you make an appointment, that’s when your pet is seen, as close as possible. No being locked up while someone who has paid an expedited fee jumps ahead. This is my permanent groomer now. So glad I found her!”

“Heather is AMAZING! ❤️ Not only is she an incredible friend, wife, and mother, but she genuinely loves the animals she works with. When you leave your pet with her, you’re not just leaving them with a groomer. You’re leaving them with someone who communicates, sends updates, and meets your pet where THEY are instead of forcing them to meet her where she is. Do y’all understand how much patience, skill, and compassion it takes to meet an animal where they are?! 😂❤️ That’s a special kind.”

“Heather does a great job. She is patient with our puppies and our old grumpy guy. She always voices concern if she sees a potential issue. The dogs reaction when I pick them up says it all. They are happy to see me but not anxious. ”
