There aren’t enough good words in our vocabulary to fully describe Marcia and the top notch service she provides! She is friendly, attentive, and thorough. Not only is she excellent in relieving pain and tension, but I always leave feeling as though I’ve had a wonderful visit with a friend. I wouldn’t trust the knots in my back to anyone else!

I have been having monthly massages at MAK for several years.  I very rarely miss because they make such a massive difference in the way I feel!  I don’t consider it a fun luxury but a health and wellness necessity.  When I do have to skip one, I feel it soon after.  My muscles knot up and I have stiff and painful neck, shoulders, hips etc.  I highly recommend Marcia for regular massage and stretching!!  She is knowledgeable, skilled and works hard to improve your health and wellbeing.

Yama 60 w/Foot Treatment

This 30 minute session is perfect for a quick pick me up and great for circulation.  I apply sports massage techniques as I slowly stretch hips, legs, shoulders, and neck. This is called passive stretching which allows you to relax the muscles even more.  Loose clothing is recommended for this appointment.
