Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. I have been having monthly massages at MAK for several years.  I very rarely miss because they make such a massive difference in the way I feel!  I don’t consider it a fun luxury but a health and wellness necessity.  When I do have to skip one, I feel it soon after.  My muscles knot up and I have stiff and painful neck, shoulders, hips etc.  I highly recommend Marcia for regular massage and stretching!! Yama 60 w/Foot Treatment

This 30 minute session is perfect for a quick pick me up and great for circulation.  I apply sports massage techniques as I slowly stretch hips, legs, shoulders, and neck. This is called passive stretching which allows you to relax the muscles even more.  Loose clothing is recommended for this appointment.
