(BOOKING REQUESTS ) All Online Bookings are (BOOKING REQUESTS) they are not an official appointment, until it has been accepted (Via email). You will receive one email to say you have requested an appointment and then a following one if your appointment has been accepted or declined for any reason. We will message you if your appointment has been declined for any reason and offer a different day or time. If I am away from work for any reason, you may not receive a confirmation of booking via email, so please feel free to message or text on 07383839538 to confirm your appointment, before attending to avoid any inconvenience. (PRICING ) Our Pricing for grooms are tailored to each individual dog's specific grooming requirements, therefore we will we be able to give a (price from) Based on Your dog's breed, grooming requirements and behaviour. But (PLEASE NOTE) this is not a set price and can change due to extra requirements, e.g matting, behaviour and is also dependent on, the time frame between the visit of your last groom and new booking. (CANCELLATION POLICY) Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before appointment time. Failure to reschedule or give 48hrs notice before any cancellation, will unfortunately result in a late cancellation charge of 75% of your dogs groom price being issued, which we require to be paid before you can rebook your dog's next appointment. You can personally cancel and reschedule all appointments online via the goldiee booking system.
