Policy and Terms

Prepayment is required to secure bookings at KNEADING TO RELAX. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Failure to do so will result in the client being charged the full cost of the booked appointment. Only 2 reschedules are allowed. By booking an appointment with KNEADING TO RELAX, clients agree to comply with this cancellation policy.
