I’ve been going to Suzi and house off healing for past 2 years went back today after a break and she was unbelievable she is just the best I’ve come away feeling amazing 

We’ve been having Reiki sessions with Nicole for my asd/adhd son, and he’s absolutely loving the experience. It’s really helping him offload, pause and reset. Nicole is lovely, and has given me some great tips and advice for my son. It’s really hard for my son to stay still for longer then 10 minutes so how she manages to get him lay there for almost an hour amazes me! 

I just can’t help but keep returning to this amazing escape. 
I highly recommend the treatments available here. 
It’s so refreshing to feel in safe hands and truly have the chance to just switch off and enjoy the treatment.

I had auricular acupuncture today to help with my anxiety and it was such a calming experience. The space felt so peaceful from the moment I arrived. Ive never had reiki before Suzi and I was very sceptical on my first time.
 I was warmly welcomed ( which immediately put me at ease) and everything was explained. Fast forward to my 4th time and I am a reiki fan. It relaxes me, helps with all my emotions and my overthinking. I cannot reccomended it enough.

Always a very meaningful experience here… 100% recommended. 

After my Reiki session I can say I am so relaxed, at ease and my aniexty has vanished. I felt safe to open up and be vunrable and talk about my feelings,
in doing so I now feel I have let go of  things that were circling around in my mind.

Had the most amazing head spa massage, honestly one of the most relaxing things I’ve ever done. It was better than any spa day or massage I’ve had before. I walked out feeling completely calm and reset.

Lizzie is just the loveliest person too. So warm, kind and welcoming, and she really makes you feel looked after the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and about the people she’s treating.

Couldn’t recommend it more, I’ll definitely be going back.

I can't really explain the physical sensations I felt, but you certainly released those trapped emotions that I had bottled up. Had the express treatment today and it was perfect! Super relaxing, my hair feels incredible, and Lizzie was so welcoming and lovely from the moment I arrived. The products she used were beautiful and the treatment room was calm and gorgeous too. Highly recommend!
