By booking an appointment, I understand and agree to the following: 1. It is my responsibility to text an idea of what I want to Gema (4159424307) at least 3 days prior to my appointment. 2. Nail services may involve exposure to certain risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, allergic reactions, infections, and other injuries. 3. I must inform Gema of any changes to my medical history or condition that may affect the service, including but not limited to allergies and diabetes. 4. Gema will use reasonable care and skill in providing the service but cannot guarantee results or the absence of any adverse reaction or injury. 5. I release and hold harmless Gema from any and all claims, damages, or injuries arising from or related to the service. 6. I agree to pay for the service in full, as agreed with Gema, in either cash or Venmo. 7. Gema reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to terminate or discontinue the service at any time for any reason. 8. I understand that I am going to an home-based nail salon. I agree to not send or share the address for any reason other than sharing for transportation purposes. 9. I have read and understand these terms and conditions, and I agree to be bound by them.
