Deposits ✔️ Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. ✔️ New clients: Deposit payment instructions will be sent after you submit your booking request. ✔️ Returning clients: Please send your $25 deposit within 30 minutes of submitting your booking request. ✔️ Appointments without a deposit within 30 minutes are automatically canceled and released to other clients. Payments ✔️ Please leave the payment memo blank when sending deposits or electronic payments. ✔️ The remaining balance is due at your appointment. Cash is preferred. Zelle or Apple Pay are available if needed. Rescheduling ✔️ Deposits may be transferred one time if you reschedule with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will forfeit the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. Cancellation/no-show ⏰ Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be rescheduled and will be subject to the late cancellation policy. 🚨 Appointments canceled within 24 hours, late cancellations, or no-shows will forfeit the deposit. To book a future appointment, a $20 late cancellation/no-show fee and a new $25 deposit must be paid in advance. (Please remember your appointment time is reserved just for you. 💕) Guests & Children ✔️To provide a relaxing one-on-one experience and maintain a safe, distraction-free environment, only clients receiving a service may attend the appointment. ✔️Please do not bring children, family members, friends, or additional guests unless they have their own scheduled appointment. ✔️ If you arrive with an unauthorized guest, you may be asked to reschedule and your deposit may be forfeited. If I ever need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, your deposit will be fully refunded. My policies are in place to protect both my time and yours.
