WIPE AWAY LLC TERMS & CONDITIONS: (Effective-Immediately) ‼️BEGINNING 2025. PRICES WILL BE GOING UP TO $70/HOUR‼️ Reschedule/Cancellation Policy: •We require at least 48 hour notice for any reschedule or cancellation cleans. However; canceling your clean less than 48 hours will result in you paying the full cost of the initial scheduled clean! (No exceptions) •Giving notice in a timely manner enables us to schedule another home in your place and ensure that customers are satisfied •We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment; however, that will be subject to availability. Damaged Property/Breakage: •We will make every effort not to break items, but accidents do happen. We have General Liability protection for replacement or repair. Identical replacement will be attempted but not guaranteed due to the fact some merchandise is out of date etc. It is for this reason that we avoid cleaning requests for irreplaceable ,sentimental, and valuable items. Damage must be reported to Wipe Away LLC by phone or email within 1 business day of your service. Wipe Away LLC will not be responsible for damage due to poor maintenance, pre-damage, or faulty statements. Have your home ready to get cleaned: •Have all belongings picked up & moved out the way for a quality clean! We are not equipped to pick up bodily fluids, extensive grease, bug infestations and fire damage. •If Wipe Away LLC cannot get to a space/area of your home to be cleaned you will be held responsible for the full initial clean amount. Other information from Wipe Away LLC: • Additional charges may be billed to the original amount if you have a change in request due to cleaning needs
