By booking with The Skin & Lash Society – Kirya, you agree to the following: • 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service, at the owner’s discretion. • No-call/no-shows forfeit their deposit, which is non-refundable and does not go toward any additional no-show fee. • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, with the service fee still applicable. • The Skin & Lash Society – Kirya reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments when necessary.
