THE BEAUTY HOOD CO. offers an enjoyable, personalised beauty experience focused on brow makeovers, lash lifts, tooth gems and the OG classic eyelash extensions. You’ll find a safe space where you’re listened to, feel comfortable and leave more confident. To protect your appointment time a deposit is required; it can be rebooked one time via the emailed link. Deposits are non-refundable. Lash refills must be at least 50% and are only available within 2–3 weeks (up to 21 days); anything less requires a full set and prior notice. We do not perform foreign refills and new clients are advised to book a patch test via the booking system. ** PUBLIC HOLIDAY SURCHARGE** If we work public holidays, a $20 surcharge will be applied to your appointment By booking your appointment you have acknowledged and accepted these booking terms. 🖤

Policy and Terms

Deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation, no show or more than 15mins late. However, if you reschedule your appointment using the link provided, your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking. This can be done ONCE provided it’s outside the 48hr before your appointment, from the booking confirmation.
