By booking an appointment with Rosebella Royal Beauty Bar, you agree to the terms outlined below. 🗓️ 1. Booking and Appointment Confirmation • Preferred Booking Method: All appointments must be scheduled through online booking system or text message. • Booking Fee/Deposit : A non-refundable R100/50% booking fee/ deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of your service. • Confirmation: Your appointment is not fully confirmed until the required booking fee/deposit has been received. You will receive a confirmation message once your booking is secured. • Reminders: You will receive a reminder 48 hours prior to your appointment. 💳 2. Payment and Pricing • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Cash/EFT payments (immediate payment, no ewallet/cash send). • Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of your service. • Foreign Fills/Removals: We do not do foreign fill but do offer removals at R80 for foreign removals. ⏱️ 3. Punctuality and Late Arrivals • Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. • Late Policy: If you anticipate being late, please notify us immediately. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit. • If you are late but less than 15 minutes late your service will be adjusted (e.g. simpler design, no foot soak) to ensure the next client is not delayed. 🚫 4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy • Cancellation Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours]): If you cancel with less than the required notice, you will forfeit your non-refundable booking fee/deposit. • No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for an appointment without any prior notice (No-Show) will result in: 1. Forfeiture of the booking fee/deposit. 2. Future appointments may require payment in full, upfront. 🏡 5. Home-Based Salon Etiquette (IMPORTANT) As Rosebella Royal Beauty Bar is operated from a private residence, we kindly ask clients to adhere to the following rules: • Guests: Please do not bring any extra guests, including children or pets, to your appointment unless prior arrangement has been made. Our space is limited. • Parking: Please do not block any entrances. • Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. ✨ 6. Service Guarantee and Repairs • Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our work. If you experience chipping, lifting, or damage to your nails within 5 days of your service, please contact us immediately with a clear photos and videos. • Repairs: We will happily schedule a repair at no charge, provided the damage is not due to improper care or trauma (e.g., using nails as tools, biting). • Post 5 days Repairs: Repairs requested outside of the guarantee period will be subject to a repair fee.
