📌 Deposit & Booking Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your final tattoo total. By booking an appointment, you agree to the policies below. ⸻ 📌 Rescheduling Policy You may reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation message. If you reschedule 24+ hours before your appointment time, your deposit will automatically transfer to your new booking. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the appointment time do not qualify for deposit transfer or refund. ⸻ 📌 Cancellation & No-Show Policy All deposits are non-refundable in cases of: • Cancellation • No-show • Being more than 15 minutes late • Arriving without valid ID • Failing to follow appointment instructions No exceptions. ⸻ 📌 Refunds Refunds are not issued under any circumstances unless I personally cancel the appointment. All refunds, when applicable, are processed exclusively through the Goldie platform — never through Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or any external method. ⸻ 📌 Chargeback & Fraud Protection By booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following: • Filing a chargeback after receiving service or after agreeing to these policies may be considered fraudulent activity. • All booking records, messages, photos, ID verification, timestamps, and service details will be submitted to the bank and payment processor to dispute any false claim. • Any attempt to dispute a valid charge, avoid payment, or request a refund outside the platform may result in permanent booking restrictions. ⸻ 📌 Fraud & Legal Liability Any attempt to commit fraud — including using a stolen card, filing a false chargeback, or disputing a legitimate charge — may constitute a violation of U.S. federal and state law. Such actions may result in civil liability and may be subject to investigation by the payment processor, the client’s bank, and, when applicable, law enforcement agencies. I reserve the right to provide all relevant information, communication records, evidence of service, and booking details to authorities and payment platforms in any case involving suspected fraudulent activity. ⸻ 📌 Agreement By confirming your appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
