•No show, No call: deposit is kept and another deposit will need to be sent to rebook. If more than 10min late, $15 late fee will be charged. •If you have a medical condition that may affect the piercing; ie-skin conditions, heart condition, history of seizures/fainting, fear of needles, please inform me prior to appointment. • Body piercings are serviced on a walk-in, first come first serve basis with the exception of appointments made online. • In the state of UTAH, you may get a body piercing under the age of 18 with parental consent. You must meet these criteria: -The parent/guardian must be present at the time of the piercing. -The parent must provide a photo ID. -The parent/guardian must present evidence of their status as parent/guardian of the individual that will receive the piercing. -Examples of acceptable documents that will adequately show guardianship would be: Birth Certificate, Child Custody paperwork, Adoption papers, Court Guardian papers, etc... Age requirements: 13YRS: Nose, septum, lobes, simple cartilage 16YRs: Daith, eyebrow, lip, navel, any lip bites 18YRS old: Surface bar, dermal, tongue, intimate, industrial, antibrow, etc.
