Reschedules/cancellations must be within 24hrs or you will be charged. We accept CASH ONLY if online payment is not made. Payment is DUE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT, you are welcome to prepay for scheduled appointments via our online booking. If you have booked a service that requires payment up front at time of booking you have until 8pm the day of scheduling to pay your appointment balance in full or your appointment will be canceled. Services that require full up front payment include photoshoots, farm visits, unicorn visits, team building workshops & mini cow experiences. Remember boots, jeans & a riding helmet! Massa Stables 80 Arrowhead Trail Litchfield, IL. 62056 Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement This Release and Waiver of Liability (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned (“Participant”) in favor of Massa Stables, its owners, employees, agents, representatives, volunteers, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Released Parties”). 1. Acknowledgment of Risk Participant acknowledges that activities involving horses, livestock, and farm equipment are inherently dangerous and may result in injury, death, or property damage. These risks include, but are not limited to, being bitten, kicked, stepped on, thrown, or otherwise injured by animals, as well as risks associated with the use and presence of farm equipment and machinery. 2. Release of Liability Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with these activities and hereby releases and holds harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by Participant or any property belonging to Participant, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise. 3. Indemnification Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought as a result of Participant’s involvement in activities at Massa Stables and to reimburse the Released Parties for any such expenses incurred. 4. Medical Treatment Participant releases and discharges the Released Parties from any claim that arises or may arise due to any first aid, medical treatment, or service rendered in connection with Participant’s involvement in activities at Massa Stables. 5. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. 6. Severability If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By accepting below, Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
