To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, please take a moment to read the following policies before booking: 📅 BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day, payable by cash or bank transfer. ❌ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING • Cancellations will result in a loss of deposit once payment has been made. • Rescheduling is allowed once, (with a minimum of 7 Days notice before scheduled appointment ) and your deposit will be transferred. • No-shows will be charged the full amount and will be blocked from future bookings ⏰ LATE ARRIVALS • Please arrive on time to avoid delays. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed - after this, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. • If you are running late, please notify me as early as possible. 💄 WHAT TO BRING / PREP • Arrive with a clean, moisturised face (no makeup). • Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities before your appointment. • Inspiration photos are welcome if you have a specific look in mind.
