✨ Lash Policies ✨ • 💕 Health & Safety: Allergic reactions are rare but possible. If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule. Remove contacts & excess makeup before your appointment. No guests or pets allowed. • 📅 Cancellations/Rescheduling: Notify me 24 hrs in advance. Your deposit will be added to Rescheduled appointment if within 7 days. After 7 days, the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit needed upon rebooking. • 💳 Deposits & Payments: A $15 non-refundable deposit is required (Zelle, PayPal, CashApp, ApplePay). The deposit goes toward your total. • 🚫 Refunds: Refunds are not offered. If there are any issues, please report them within 48 hrs so I can fix it. • ⏰ No-Shows: No-call/no-shows will be charged upfront full payment at your next visit.
