I am Jazz, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt who began my practice treating sports injuries through BJJ and MMA. I have also worked in several Chiropractic and Physical Therapy offices treating clinical pathologies and injuries. I am also a massage therapist for University of South Carolina Football and Men’s Basketball.

As someone who strength trains daily, I occasionally deal with aches and injuries. I recently tweaked my lower back and had been dealing with a very stiff neck, so I booked a session with Jazz and I’m so glad I did!!
Jazz truly knows her craft. She intuitively found the areas that needed attention without me having to explain much. Her background in sports med, Jiu-Jitsu, chiro care really shows in the way she approaches treatment. 

Jazz combines technical expertise with genuine compassion and professionalism. She carefully listens to your concerns, tailors each session to your specific needs, and explains what she is doing throughout the treatment. Her techniques are both effective and therapeutic, helping to improve mobility, reduce inflammation, and relieve chronic discomfort. Her knowledge of anatomy, muscle function, and joint mechanics is exceptional!

It was super easy to book with jazz, she was amazing at her craft where she was able to read the areas that needed attended to. It was a nice , quiet , quaint environment that exuded relaxation with a sweet mix of sports medicine with chiropractic touches and hot stone therapy. I felt very loose, relaxed and rejuvenated and definitely will be back next time I'm visiting Columbia. Don't hesitate: just book.

By far the best massage I ever had. I was having some lower back pain and shoulders were really tight from the work I do. Helped ease my back pain and relaxed my shoulder muscles. 

Jazz is the absolute best massage therapist! She is very thorough and addresses my specific stress points and muscle pain. After receiving a massage from  Jazz I always feel so relaxed and sleep much better. 

This was my 1st  time  with  Jazz,   and I was impressed!!!  Jazz  is  very personable  and asked about my concerns.  She listens  to you and she knew  exactly how to work the trouble spots, this woman can walk on water and still fix you,  you want help , come to Jazz!!!
