JlmdetailedcleaningLLC.com begin in April of 2021. I have been working in hospitality for 14 years. I started off as a housekeeper working in a hospital and decided to start working in the hotel industry. I moved up to an inspector, a supervisor, and an executive housekeeper over the years . I received my Associate's Degree in 2011 in Business Administration and have since received my Bachelor's in Human Resource Management in May of 2024. JLM is licensed and I am dedicated to providing excellent customer service. My ultimate goal is to leave my customers with a smile, a clean home and the urge to return as well as refer new customers.

Policy and Terms

•A non-refundable $25 deposit is required for booking all services. Deposit goes towards balance. If you have to cancel your appointment, you're able to reschedule once and your deposit will still be put towards your balance. If you have to reschedule a second time, another deposit will be required. • If you have an infestation of roaches, you MUST bomb the home (at least twice) 24-48 hours prior to booking. For infestation of bed bugs, please seek a professional pest control company to take the precautions/steps of eliminating before booking cleaning services. If any infestations are discovered during cleaning, the cleaning will be terminated and the customer will have to reschedule. Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. After services are rendered from ANY bug infestations, there will be an extra fee of $100.00 added to the original price of cleaning. •Based on the severity of cleaning, pricing and/or timing is subject to change.
