You begin with a focused skin assessment and a clear consultation so treatment targets your concerns. The initial assessment informs a personalized treatment plan with defined steps and recommended maintenance. Appointments run on time; each session follows a precise protocol and any adjustments are explained before they’re made. You’ll receive clear pre- and post-care instructions and prompt responses to scheduling or treatment questions. Follow-up check-ins track progress and update your plan as needed. By booking with Zohar Aesthetics, you agree to these Policies & Terms. A $20 deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service, so you will only pay the remaining balance at your appointment.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to transfer your deposit to a new appointment or receive a refund of your deposit, if applicable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the $20 deposit.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may shorten your service or require rescheduling. Zohar Aesthetics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children and minors are not permitted in the treatment room or waiting area during appointments.
