By booking an appointment, I understand and agree to the following:

2. Nail services may involve exposure to certain risks, including but not limited to cuts, burns, allergic reactions, infections, and other injuries.
3. I must inform Gema of any changes to my medical history or condition that may affect the service, including but not limited to allergies and diabetes.
4. Gema will use reasonable care and skill in providing the service but cannot guarantee results or the absence of any adverse reaction or injury.

gentle removal of gel or gel-x before your fresh set. includes light filing, full soak, and nail prep for a clean base 🤍 this add-on is only available if your previous set was done by me. please book this if you're returning for a new set and still have product from your last appointment with me.

gentle removal of any product applied by a different nail tech. includes careful filing, a full soak, and fresh nail prep before your new set 🤍  if you're a first-time client and currently have product from another tech, please book this version of the soak-off. most removals do not take the full 90 minutes, but extra time is added just in case, since i cannot guarantee what products were used previously. some salons may use hard gel or mma, which can take longer to remove safely.  thank you for your understanding. this helps protect your natural nails and ensures we start your appointment with a clean, healthy foundation ♡

fills are perfect for maintaining your gel-x set as your natural nails grow. around the 2–3 week mark, your apex begins to shift — and without that balance, your nails become more prone to lifting and breakage. filling helps restore structure and support, so your set lasts longer and your natural nails stay protected 🤍

you can usually get 2–3 fills before it’s time for a new full set but feel free to text me if you’re unsure ✿
