About XAMOLIOS Swimming Limassol 🦎 Xamolios Cypriot for chameleon. It reads the room and adapts on the spot, every time. That's not just a mascot. It's how every lesson here actually works. Only 2-3 clients a day. On purpose. I don't stack lessons to fill a schedule. I keep the number small so every session gets full attention — no rushing, no autopilot, no "next please." Back to back, sure. Distracted, never. I watch first. I teach second. Before anyone gets in the water, I want to know what's actually going on — what you're working through, what you're chasing, what a good day looks like for you. Then I build the lesson around that. Not a template. Not a script. You. Who ends up in my lessons 🌊 Every age, every ability, every starting point 🌊 People who feel real fear in the water 🌊 Swimmers rebuilding after injury or surgery 🌊 Triathletes and competitive swimmers sharpening their edge 🌊 Anyone who wants to leave steadier, stronger, safer than they came in Safety, confidence, rehab, performance — whatever brought you here, that's what we build toward. Background 🎓 Swimming specialization, Frederick University 🏅 Certified by KOA — Cyprus Sports Organisation 🛟 Certified Lifeguard 🎵 Certified Aqua Fitness Coach 🏊 Former Cyprus National Rower & multi-sport athlete 🏫 PE Teacher, IB Pascal Limassol 🤽 Gym Trainer for a water polo team 🕒 3 years coaching groups, 4 years teaching overall My promise I won't promise you'll love the water by Friday. I will promise this: I show up fully, every single lesson — watching, adjusting, pushing exactly as hard as you need. Progress isn't always fast. But with only 2-3 clients a day, it never goes unnoticed.
