I understand that life can get busy (and as a mum myself, I know plans can change), which is why I don’t take deposits for appointments. All I ask is that you give as much notice as possible if you need to rearrange or cancel, so I can offer the space to someone else. If you’re unable to attend, please just send me a message as soon as you can. Missed appointments without any contact, or less than 24 hours’ notice, will be marked as a no-show and may affect future bookings. If you’re running late, please let me know — appointments may need to be rescheduled if you’re more than 10 minutes late. If you’re able to send your nail art inspiration before your appointment, it gives me time to prepare and plan your design. If ideas are shared on the day, I may need to tweak the design slightly so it fits within the time and what can be created confidently. Due to limited space, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless agreed otherwise. If you’re feeling unwell, please rearrange your appointment so we can keep everyone comfortable and well. Lian x
