By booking with Pop & Glow, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking, and Pop & Glow may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible.

Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so as early as possible.

A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary.

Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment, and you must arrive having properly followed the Prep Instructions you received upon booking; Pop & Glow will not be held liable for any tans that are not desirable due to poor Pre-Tan Prep.

Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. Looking forward to seeing you.
