Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. Deposits are non-refundable, if you reschedule using the link provided your deposit will be automatically transferred to your future booking. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business's discretion.

Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods may vary. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business.

No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. I’ve been to Hannah for microblading a few times now, and every appointment has been a great experience. She’s always so friendly, welcoming and professional, and she makes you feel completely at ease. The studio is beautiful, spotlessly clean, and such a relaxing environment. I’m always so pleased with my brows and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hannah to anyone considering microblading.
