As a former SEC softball player and Associate Head Coach for Liberty Softball, I am so excited to begin working in the Long Island area! You get structured sessions that focus on pitching and hitting, with clear practice goals and focused practice assignments so every rep has purpose. Each session builds on the last to refine mechanics and increase consistency; communication is direct—goals are set, progress is reviewed, and adjustments are made after every session, with consistent timing and reliable scheduling to keep your development on track. My daughter gets very apprehensive with new things and after the lesson she couldn't be happier. 

While my daughter's confidence as a pitcher is through the roof, at the plate she struggled with confidence and identifying what was wrong with her past instructors.  

Kasey was able to identify an issue with my daughter's timing immediately and spent the whole lesson correcting it.  My daughter left the lesson eager for her next game to implement what she learned.
