The remaining balance is to be settled on the day of the appointment, either in cash or via Payconiq.

Please arrive on time. 
A 10-minute grace period is permitted.
Arrivals 15 to 20 minutes past the scheduled start time will incur a €10 late fee, which will be added to the total service cost.
Arrivals exceeding 30 minutes late will result in cancellation.

Hair must be blow-dried before the appointment. If not, an additional fee of €10 will be applied.
Clients are required to supply their own hair extensions for the service.

Please do not apply any products to your hair before your appointment!!
