Policy and Terms

48 hours notice is required for any cancellations or amendments. Cancellations within a 24-48 hour period prior to appointment will face a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. Cancellations within a 24 hour period prior to appointment or no-shows will face a charge of the full treatment cost.
