Waiver / Terms

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a condition of participating in any activities or using any facilities or equipment at Short Game LLC (the "Facility"):**

Waiver Content
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that golf is a physical activity that involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or loss to persons, property, or equipment. I assume full responsibility for any such risks and waive any and all claims against Short Game LLC, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates (the "Releasees") arising from or related to my participation or use of the Facility.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from any injury, damage, or loss caused by me or my equipment to any person, property, or equipment at the Facility, whether due to negligence, intoxication, or otherwise.

Compliance:
I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and instructions of Short Game LLC and the Releasees, and to use the facilities and equipment in a safe and proper manner. I understand that the Releasees reserve the right to refuse or terminate my participation or use of the Facility at any time for any reason, without refund or compensation.

Fitness Certification:
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from participating or using the services provided at Short Game LLC. I agree to inform the Releasees of any changes in my health or medical condition that may affect my ability or safety at Short Game LLC.

Acknowledgement of Legal Contract:
I acknowledge that this waiver is a legal contract and that by signing it, I am giving up certain rights and remedies that I may otherwise have. I have read and understood this waiver, and I sign it voluntarily and of my own free will.

Validity:
I agree that this waiver is valid indefinitely and that it will apply to any future visits or use of Short Game LLC services unless I revoke it in writing.

Short Game is an amazing place!  Great place for some family fun!  Our son has been taking lesson with Joe for 4 years.  He has helped him so much!  If you are looking for family fun or a private lesson Short Game your place!!

Coach Joe was amazing, was very friendly and explained all the processes. We had a great lesson with him. Looking foward to pur next one.

Received excellent instruction and positive feedback. Joe gave an insight and things to work on which will be invaluable in our progression moving forward.  Every lesson has been helpful and informative.  My golf game has consistently improved since I came to Joe for lessons. 

Short Game is awesome place to work on your game. Outdoor range with trackman, chipping, and indoor simulator is exactly what we needed to get better with our game. 

We get lessons from Joe and could not ask for a better instructor. He is detailed, patient, and motivating and tells you exactly how it is and what to practice on before coming next time. 

The staff is super nice and friendly.  The location is very spacious and clean, including the bathroom.

Joe is a great instructor.  Being here from Pa. I took 2 lessons off of him. Found him to late into our vacation. Wish I had more time to take more lessons. Leaving soon. Highly recommend, Thanks  Joe. You gave me plenty to  work on. 

Elijah was great.  Asked me what I wanted to work on and helped me understand what I needed to do to be more consistent.   Looking forward to putting his ideas to work. 

Joe has been AWESOME with my son getting his game back to where it was. Highly recommend lessons there with any of them! 

Elijah was great to work with! It has been 20 years since I’ve picked up a set of clubs and he was able to get my swing fixed by explaining to me what I was doing wrong and helping me to correct it! Well worth the time and money spent. I hope to be back in the near future to see the progress made! If you’re on the fence about visiting this place or getting lessons, go for it, you won’t be disappointed.
