Waiver / Terms

I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions as a condition of participating in any activities or using any facilities or equipment at Short Game LLC (the "Facility"):**

Waiver Content
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that golf is a physical activity that involves inherent risks of injury, damage, or loss to persons, property, or equipment. I assume full responsibility for any such risks and waive any and all claims against Short Game LLC, its owners, employees, agents, or affiliates (the "Releasees") arising from or related to my participation or use of the Facility.

Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) resulting from any injury, damage, or loss caused by me or my equipment to any person, property, or equipment at the Facility, whether due to negligence, intoxication, or otherwise.

Compliance:
I agree to follow all rules, regulations, and instructions of Short Game LLC and the Releasees, and to use the facilities and equipment in a safe and proper manner. I understand that the Releasees reserve the right to refuse or terminate my participation or use of the Facility at any time for any reason, without refund or compensation.

Fitness Certification:
I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical condition that would prevent me from participating or using the services provided at Short Game LLC. I agree to inform the Releasees of any changes in my health or medical condition that may affect my ability or safety at Short Game LLC.

Acknowledgement of Legal Contract:
I acknowledge that this waiver is a legal contract and that by signing it, I am giving up certain rights and remedies that I may otherwise have. I have read and understood this waiver, and I sign it voluntarily and of my own free will.

Validity:
I agree that this waiver is valid indefinitely and that it will apply to any future visits or use of Short Game LLC services unless I revoke it in writing.

Great facility and excellent instruction. My son attended golf camp and had a blast. Joe worked with him to prepare for his first Drive, Chip and Putt event. We had a great experience and would highly recommend. 

Abigail is so amazing. I love working with her both on the golf range during my golf lessons and during our fitness sessions. She’s introduced workouts and stretches that I’ve never done before. I can’t wait to start my nutritional journey using the guidance she provided. 

Elijah took his time to help my daughter find the right clubs for her. Planning on taking lessons and can’t wait to see how it goes.

Came into meet Elijah for lunch he :30 minute free club fitting, and Elijah took his time and explained what I was doing wrong, what I could do better, and suggested lessons to help me out. My son takes lessons from Joe and has improved greatly. We like Joe because he doesn't just work on his swing he also works on the mental aspects of the game.

I had my first lesson with Elijah.  He helped me identify several areas to work on, and was very patient/helpful.  Videos helped me see exactly what I was doing.   

Great facility and Joe was very professional. He provided me excellent insights and feedback about how to improve my driver swing.  Very meticulous and has the right equipment to assist you. Video feedback is excellent.  Waited 10 years to attend a lesson, glad I did it with him. The driving range is unique and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I’m a new golfer. I’ve struggled a lot to gain some consistency in my game and I decided to take a couple lessons. I had 2 private lessons with Elijah and I was thoroughly impressed with our results! I was averaging 120-130 most rounds and I’m consistently in the high 90’s after only a couple lessons!! 

looking to just hit for fun, or a lesson or just blow off some time? This is the place to go! Entire staff is very educated & welcoming!

Great place for all your golf needs! Golf lessons, driving range, club repair, inside simulator bays, outside chipping and putting area.  they even have food and ice cold beverages.  Great staff and my favorite place to practice. If you haven’t been you should go. You won’t regret it.

Short Game is awesome place to work on your game. Outdoor range with trackman, chipping, and indoor simulator is exactly what we needed to get better with our game. 

We get lessons from Joe and could not ask for a better instructor. He is detailed, patient, and motivating and tells you exactly how it is and what to practice on before coming next time. 

The staff is super nice and friendly.  The location is very spacious and clean, including the bathroom.

Joe is a great instructor.  Being here from Pa. I took 2 lessons off of him. Found him to late into our vacation. Wish I had more time to take more lessons. Leaving soon. Highly recommend, Thanks  Joe. You gave me plenty to  work on.

Elijah was great to work with! It has been 20 years since I’ve picked up a set of clubs and he was able to get my swing fixed by explaining to me what I was doing wrong and helping me to correct it! Well worth the time and money spent. I hope to be back in the near future to see the progress made! If you’re on the fence about visiting this place or getting lessons, go for it, you won’t be disappointed.
