Consultation Policy All New Color Customers must book a consultation. This is to ensure that we have open communication. Have a mutual understanding of what you are looking for and what i as your stylist can provide. This gives us the allotted time to do a test strand if needed and look at texture,elasticity,porosity and overall health of your hair and decide the best course of action. Deposits Non-refundable deposits are required for all services. The deposit will go towards your scheduled service, remaining balance due the day of service. No Show / Cancellation No-Shows and cancellations after 48hrs. are subject to non-refundable deposit. Late Policy If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will lose your deposit. Refund Policy We do not offer refunds on any service but you may have adjustment on the same service as long as it's within 3-5 days.
